Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships within the communities our centers are part of to drive brand engagement
- Conduct research to inform and optimize marketing programs, including competitive landscape analysis
- Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on local insights and audience needs
- Manage digital reputation by responding to reviews and tracking trends
- Cultivate relationships with local influencers to increase brand presence and educate the community on our unique value propositions
- Collaborate with JV channel leads/experts in social media, events, CSR, and community for knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Oversee distribution of promotional material to the local community
- Gather feedback from operations teams to enhance and maintain accuracy of our website
